We bought an excellent mattress a year ago and so when I realized I needed to create a ground-floor bedroom for my ailing husband, I went back to see about a high-quality, adjustable twin bed for a small space. Shanna was kind, professional, sensitive, and a total problem-solver. Together, we found an adjustable extra long twin and stand that could be delivered in two days. She made it happen, waiving various fees and giving me a discount here and there. She is brilliant. The whole experience was brilliant. Husband home from hospital a few days ago, awaiting biopsy results--tough times ahead. But he loves the new bedroom, finds the mattress extremely comfortable and I am SO HAPPY.
